Refund & Cancellation Policy – DACPRO

DACPRO manufactures and sells high-performance audio equipment. Due to the nature of electronics and sound preference variations, we follow a replacement-only policy and not a trial-based return policy.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the product has not been dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Replacement (7-Day DOA Policy)
We provide a 7-day replacement only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defect
• Dead on arrival product
• Physical damage during transit (unboxing video mandatory)

Sound preference, bass expectations, compatibility assumptions or personal liking are not considered defects.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for replacement:
• Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Original packaging must be retained
• Clear unboxing video required for transit damage claims

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Cases
• Burnt voice coil / overpower usage
• Water or moisture damage
• Physical damage after installation
• Incorrect wiring or amplifier misuse
